Acopia has worked with the retail team at Demelza Hospice Care for Children for over three years. They supply consumables which we use on a daily basis and have been our supplier of choice for recent bespoke shop fits in Canterbury and Herne Bay. Their dedicated account director, Terry Gardner, provides a personal, quality service enabling us to be resourceful and creative. Terry’s unpressurised visits and calls have allowed us to develop an open and trusting business relationship where neither party is afraid of honest feedback – either when things go right or wrong! Considering that much of the work provided by Acopia is detailed and personalised, their response time is always superb (Terry will even text to say he is in receipt of an email or message and will give a dedicated time to get back in contact. He never fails to do so). He is crucially aware that we are a relatively small charity with limited resources and so helps us to be resourceful and inventive without compromising on quality. He always appears willing to give us the best deal he can.Acopia were instrumental in the roll-out of Full Scan Mode last year providing all the resources needed to make it a success. Together we designed the necessary pricing stickers, tickets and gift aid labels. Terry ensured full flexibility with the order in line with the roll-out timetable enabling a smooth transition – and increase in the gift aid contribution at each and every shop. Shop fits have proved to be organised and creative, not stressful, with Terry and his team working to a high standard and detail. Together we have used the CAD designs to maximise densities in shopfloor space and the efficiency of back areas.The Acopia team have worked closely with our own builders and electricians ensuring a smooth timetable to shop opening. They have mixed a palette of fittings shown in their brochure with bespoke pieces to create beautiful, individual shops that work. Terry has been quick to respond when things have not turned out as we would like offering refunds ot replacements as appropriate. For example, bespoke perspex shelves for yarn did not prove to be strong enough and so we worked with Terry for a different solution to an awkward area which otherwise would not have been used. Interestingly, the most recent of these shop openings at Herne Bay has already recouped its lost income over the period of closure in less than 3 months.

Hello, I popped by to the Bognor site unannounced today hoping to purchase a couple of items, wandered into the warehouse and generally made a pain of myself. I wanted to write and thank you all for your excellent service. The staff in the warehouse were really courteous, despite my intrusion when they were busy, and took time to help me and advise that I phone in my order which they would then pick.  As I phoned in the order, the gentleman answering the call and dealing with my order likewise could not have been more polite and helpful – all for a piddly small sale too.
