We helped the store staff at Hotter Comfort Shoes take back control of their time each day as well as freeing up hours of administration time at their head office.
We spoke to Ceri Anderson the Store Manager at Hotter Shoes who told us that she found it easy to use MyAcopia right from the start. Prior to using the platform, she would have to go shopping most days before and after work for supplies for the store, as well as unavoidably having to leave the stop for essentials even when it was busy which meant sales potentially suffered.
Ceri is now able to do three months worth of ordering in just 20 minutes – and now she is always on hand to assist their all important customers. At head office – the processing time for hundreds of receipts every week across their retail estate has been completely eliminated.
